The flat is completely newly refurbished an in a very good estate.
There are six rooms, two of them with balcony.
There is a newly installed kitchen with oven, fridge and dish washer.
There are two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet each.
There is also a little garden.
Every inhabitant will have an individual rental contract for her own room which is an standard contract that has a cancellation period of three months. All six inhabitants share the common space (kitchen, bathrooms).
The flat is in Gisselberger Strasse, close to the bus stop leading to the Lahnberge and close to Südviertel.
At the other side of the road are the Lahnwiesen, meadows at the riverside.
It is easy to walk or bike to the Oberstadt. Shops and coffee shops are in walking distance.
This WG (shared flat) will be started on 1st of May.
It's a female only students shared flat. All inhabitants are master students in data science or informatics or students in another natural science. They look for another female student.
The flat is in the process of renovation but will be finished at the end of April.
Personal visits will be possible.
