Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete in meiner Wohnung 2 Zimmer. Das eine Zimmer ist 14,5 qm groß und hat ein Fenster nach Süden. Das Zimmer kostet kalt 207€ und warm (mit Internet und Strom und allem) 255€. Das zweite Zimmer ist 12,5 qm groß, hat ein Fenster nach Norden und kostet kalt 183€ und warm dann 230€.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt schnelles WLAN, eine Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Kellerabteil etc. Ich habe noch einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal und einen Kleiderschrank, die für das nächste halbe Jahr benutzt werden können.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt und man ist in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 5 Minuten auf den Lahnbergen. Mit dem Fahrrad dauerts bergab rund 10 Minuten. Ein Bäcker ist gleich in der Nähe.
Ich studiere BWL im vierten Semester im Master und bin voraussichtlich im Oktober fertig und werden dann ausziehen. Die Wohnung kann dann übernommen werden.
