Hallo ihr, ich suche eine/n nette/n Mietewohner/rin zur Zwischenmiete für 2 Monate.
Das Zimmer bzw unsere Wg befindet sich unter dem Dach und ist ca. 12 qm groß und frisch renoviert. Mit Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet, Telefon) würde die Miete bei ca. 270,- Euro liegen. Meine Möbel würde ich im Zimmer lassen!
Du würdest mit meinem netten Mitbewohner ( m/30) wohnen. Die Wg befindet sich sehr zentral bei der Volkshochschule. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 min zur Fuß, außerdem erreicht man die Oberstadt auch in 10 min. Wenn du Intresse hast können wir gerne mal einen Termin ausmachen=)
