Hallo. In der zentralen Bunsenstr. wird kurzfristig ein Zimmer frei! Es ist ca 27 qm groß - Albau mit hohen Decken - mit Waschbecken & Schlossblick!
Bei Interesse kann die große Ledercouch und die Gardinen für nur 100 € übernommen werden..
Umsäumt ist das Zimmer von einer netten 6er Wg -mit Küche und Bad, wobei eine Spülmaschine, zwei Kühlschränke und eine Waschmaschine das Leben erleichtern.
Das Wg leben würde ich als unkompliziert beschreiben, alles geht -nix muss ;)
Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral -in der Bunsenstraße! Mit Busanbindung direkt vorm Haus. Die monatliche Miete beträgt pauschal 350 // Kaution ca. 2 Monats-Mieten, muss dann mit dem Vermieter geregelt werden..
Der neue Campus ist quasi auch ums Eck und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in ca. 5 min zu Fuß!
