Mein möbliertes Zimmer in der Liebigstraße wird für 4 Monate frei. Es ist 16m2 groß und kostet mit allem drum und dran 345 Euro pro Monat. 140cm auf 200cm Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommoden. -Halt ein eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Wohnung ist nicht besonders groß, aber gemütlich. Garten und Dachterrasse gibts auch.
Lage ist ziemlich gut. Nah am Tegut, näher am Denns, nah an der Lahn, nah an der Uni, nah an der Oberstadt.
Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind wunderbar. Wir sind keine Zweckwg, sondern befreudet. Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank, keinen Putzplan und Zimmertüren sind oft offen. Zumachen ist aber natürlich auch erlaubt. Abends gibts Wein, Essen und Skat. Vincent ist 26 Jahre und studiert im Master International Development Studies, Bianca ist 27 Jahre und studiert Politik und Englisch auf Lehramt.
Meldet euch bei mir, wenn ihr euch vorstellen könnt mein Zimmer und meine Mitbewohner*innen für 4 Monate zu übernehmen.
Cool wäre es, wenn ihr morgen oder Mittwoch Abend auf ein Wein oder Tee vorbei kommt.
