Die Zimmer sind 35m² groß, hell und haben einen schönen Dielenboden. Das größere Zimmer ist 20 m² und das kleinere Zimmer ist 15 m² groß. Da man, um in das kleinere Zimmer zu gelangen durch das größere gehen muss, werden sie zusammen vermietet.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral (5 Minuten Fußweg zur Uni-Straße), und hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die nächste Bus Haltestelle ist weniger als 100 Meter entfernt, parken ist meistens direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe. In der WG gibt es außerdem eine große Küche mit Esstisch und Spülmaschine, Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und ein Keller-Raum. Mit 100 Mbit Internet Flat, Festnetz Flat und allen Nebenkosten 450€.
