Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden, da ich für 1 Monat ins Ausland gehe, steht mein Zimmer zu dieser Zeit leer. Daher biete ich es zur Zwischenmiete für ein Monat an. Das Zimmer ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell, aber trotz Straße relativ ruhig. Wir haben eine große Küche und 1 Badezimmer.
Die Lage ist Super. Wir wohnen am Ende von dem Barfüßertor, die Oberstadt ist 10 Minuten entfernt und Die Bushaltestelle, von der regelmäßig die Linien 1,2,3,4,5,7,8 etc.. abfahren, erreicht man in 1 min zu Fuß. Solltest du aber mal Kleinigkeiten benötigen, ist unten im Haus ein Rewe Supermarkt.
Das Zimmer wird ab 1.02. bis 01.03 frei.
In der Miete von 250 € ist alles mit drin.
