Die Anbindung ist super, zur Bushaltestelle sind es 5 Minuten. Von dort dann 7 Minuten auf die Lahnberge (Krankenhaus und naturwissenschaftliche Institute) bzw. 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt.

Außerdem ist man innerhalb von 6 Gehminuten am Südbahnhof. Von dort kann man mit dem Zug direkt nach Gießen, Frankfurt und natürlich Marburg Hbf fahren. Am Südbahnhof befindet sich auch die nächste Call-a-bike Station.

Fahrradständer sind vor der Tür und die Fahrräder können auch in den Keller gestellt werden.

Im Wald ist man zum Joggen oder Spazieren gehen auch innerhalb von 3 Minuten. Das kleine Waldstück besitzt auch einen kleinen Trimm-dich-Pfad mit etwa 8 Stationen auf circa 3 km.

The connection is great. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes away. From there it takes 7 minutes to the Lahnberge (hospital and scientific institutes) or 10 minutes to the city. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. By bicycle it takes 7-10 minutes to get to the city.

In addition, the Südbahnhof is only 6 minutes' walk away. From there you can take the train directly to Gießen, Frankfurt and of course Marburg Hbf. At the Südbahnhof there is also the next call-a-bike station.

Bicycle racks are in front of the door and the bikes can also be put in the cellar.

In the forest you can jog or go for a walk within 3 minutes. The small forest also has a small trim-you-go path with about 8 stations on about 3 km.

The nearest fitness studio is also only about 8 minutes away on foot.

Hier wohnen noch Basti und Paul. Beide sind sehr offen und sind gerne mal für einen Spieleabend zu haben. Wir quatschen gerne mal, oder unternehmen was, aber es ist auch ok, wenn man sich zurückzieht. Im Folgenden stellen sich die beiden persönlich vor:

Paul:
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere Sportwissenschaften im 6. Semester. Ich bin ein aktiver Mensch, der sich immer über nette Bekanntschaften und interessante Gespräche freut. Wie mein Studium vermuten lässt, mache ich in meiner Freizeit viel Sport😄
Sonst spiele ich sehr gern Fußball, versuche mich am Gitarre spielen und bin offen dafür, etwas neues auszuprobieren.
Neben meinem Bewegungsdrang genieße ich aber auch die Tage, an denen ich einfach entspannen und Serie gucken kann.
Für ein, zwei, drei Bierchen (oder gerne auch Weißweinchen) bei einer netten Unterhaltung in der WG oder in einer Bar bin ich auch immer zu haben.
Ansonsten bin ich gerne unterwegs, wenn es die Zeit und das Geld zulassen, 🧳besuche Konzerte/ Festivals und treffe mich mit Freunden und Freundinnen. 😊

Hallo,
bin 31 Jahre und studiere Politikwissenschaften im Bachelor. Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr gesellig, aber auch mal gern für mich. Ich arbeite nebenbei ehrenamtlich bei der AG-Freizeit und als Nebenjob beim Fib.eV. als Assistenzkraft für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Geh gelegentlich mal was trinken mit Freunden, guck leidenschaftlich gern (Anime) Filme und Serien um anschließend leidenschaftlich darüber zu philosophieren. Desweiteren bin ich ein großer Fan analoger Unterhaltung wie Brettspielen und Pen and Paper Rollenspiel.
Ich freu mich auf einen offenen und freundlichen neuen Menschen in unserer WG!

Hello,
I am 33 years old and study political science for my bachelor's degree. Basically I am very sociable, but I also like to be alone sometimes. I work as a volunteer for the AG-Freizeit and as a part-time job at Fib.eV. as an assistant for people with disabilities. I like to have a drink with friends, watch (anime) movies and series and philosophize passionately about them afterwards. Furthermore I am a big fan of analogue entertainment like board games and pen and paper role playing.
I am looking forward to an open and friendly new person in our shared flat!

Paul:

I'm 26 years old and I'm studying science of sports in the 6th semester. I am an active person who is always happy about nice acquaintances and interesting conversations. As my studies suggest, I do a lot of sports in my free time 😄
Otherwise, I really enjoy playing soccer, trying to playing guitar and I am always open for new things.
In addition to my urge to move, I also enjoy the days when I can just relax and watch series.
I'm always available for one, two or three beers (or white wine if you like) with a nice chat in the flat share or in a bar.
Otherwise, I like to be on the road when time and money allow it, attend concerts/ festivals and meet up with friends. 😊

There is a weekly changing cleaning schedule and also a divided shopping list for basic things like cleaning stuff, kitchen roll etc.
