Das Zimmer ist circa 20 m2 groß und hat zwei Fenster, wodurch es hell und freundlich wirkt.
Eines der Fenster ist eine Tür zum Balkon.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum und vorm Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Frankfurter Straße im Südviertel, wodurch es eine zentrale Lage hat.
Die Bushaltestelle "Auf der Weide" ist 3 Minuten entfernt, wobei der Bus jede halbe Stunde fährt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufhaus Ahrens, Marburg Mall und Schlossberg Center) und die Bushaltestelle "Gutenbergstraße", wo mehrere Busse fahren, sind zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Außerdem findet an der Frankfurter Straße zweimal wöchentlich ein Wochenmarkt statt.
