Ich vermiete mein wunderbares, riesiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick aufs Schloss. Aktuell ist das Zimmer teilmöbliert, welche Möbel drin bleiben entscheidet sich nach unser beiden Bedarfen. Das Zimmer ist aufgrund seiner Größe all in one: Optional bietet dir ein riesiger Schreibtisch Platz zum Arbeiten bei gleichzeitigem Panorama-Blick auf das Marburger Schloss, auf der Couch lässt es sich auch ganz gut entspannen und an wärmeren Tagen ist der Balkon einfach der beste Ort. Der Schlafbereich ist semi-abgetrennt.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein kleines Gartenstück, welches mitbenutzt werden darf.
I'm renting out my wonderful, huge room with a balcony and a view of the castle . The room is currently fully furnished, which furniture stays in it is decided according to our two needs.The room is all-in-one due to its size: A huge desk offers space to work with a panoramic view of Marburg at the same time, on the couch you can also relax and on warmer days, the balcony is simply the best place. The sleeping area is semi-separated.
The apartment also has a small piece of garden, which may be shared.
Die Wohnung liegt am Marburger Ortenberg, Bushaltestellen in die Stadt sind easy in weniger as 5min erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Erlenringcenter sind in ca. 7 min erreichbar. Auch der Wald ist gleich um die Ecke.
The apartment is located on Marburg's Ortenberg, bus stops to the city are easy to reach in less than 5 minutes and shopping at the Erlenring Center can be reached in about 7 minutes. The forest is also just around the corner.
Du wirst die Wohnung weitesgehend für dich alleine haben, da ich pendel.
You will mostly have the apartment to yourself as I am commuting.
An potentiell interessierte Personen: Das Zimmer wird NUR an eine queere Peson und/oder Frau vermietet, wobei ich Frauen bevorzugen werde - bitte respektiert das. Die Wohnung kann nach einem online Treffen auch nochmal live besichtigt werden. Für die Nutzung der Möbel wird ggf. eine Kaution fällig, da werden wir uns aber sicher einig.
Die Höhe der Miete ist das, was ich momentan zahle, kann aber ggf. verhandelt werden
To potentially interested people: The room will ONLY be rented to queer people, although I will give preference to women - please respect that. The apartment can also be viewed live again after an online meeting. A deposit may be required for the use of the furniture, but we will certainly agree on that.
The amount of rent is what I'm paying at the moment.
