Hey Leute,
wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts möchte ich mein schönes Zimmer von Mitte Januar bis Oktober 2015 untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und befindet sich im Ortsteil Ockershausen. Das Zimmer liegt am Anfang von Ockershausen (Nähe Wilhelmsplatz) und ist somit sehr zentral. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt, aber auch zu Fuß seid ihr schnell in der Stadt oder in der Uni.
Flur, Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und Bad (mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne! ) teilt ihr euch mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin. Die Miete beträgt 360 Euro warm.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat eine große Fensterfront. Möbel bleiben natürlich drin und dürfen mitbenutzt werden (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode, Fernseher, Regal, Keyboard...). Außerdem kann man vom Zimmer aus auf unsere große Dachterrasse gehen sowie in unseren Garten. Alles ideale Voraussetzungen um draußen zu frühstücken, zu grillen oder einfach nur um in der Sonne zu faulenzen!
