Ich biete mein schönes, helles 22m² Zimmer in einer 4er WG zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat hohe Decken und ist voll möbliert.
Die WG ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat eine große Wohnküche.
Wir wohnen im schönen Südviertel in der Nähe der Haspelstrasse, eine Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Auch ein Rewe, Tegut und der Ahrens sind schnell zu erreichen. Zur Lahn ist es auch nicht weit!
Du würdest mit drei Studenten zusammenwohnen, die alle viel unterwegs sind, aber auch mal für ein Bier oder einen Kaffee in der Küche zu haben sind. Das heißt wenn es passt, machen wir auch mal gerne was zusammen.
Der Zeitraum ist verhandelbar, da bin ich relativ flexibel.
