Hallo,
zum 1.02 wird in unserer zentral gelegenen, großen und top-ausgestatteten (Waschmaschine, Badewanne, große Dachterrasse, großzügiger Wohn- und Kochbereich) Südviertel-WG (nahe FB Psychologie) ein ca. 20 qm großes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat zwei Doppelfenster und sehr hohe Decken. Dazu kommen 2 supernette Mitbewohner: 30 (Studentin der Erziehungswissenschaft), 27 (Student der deutschen Literatur).
Die Miete beträgt inklusive allem ca. 300€ und ca. 530 € Kaution.
Wenn du also idealerweise kein Ersti bist und schon WG-Erfahrung hast, dann schreib uns doch einfach ein paar Sätze zu deiner Person :)
