Das Zimmer ist möbliert, die Möbel werden durch eine kleine Ablöse übernommen (Ablöseliste kann angefragt werden)

A 162 square feet bedroom is waiting for you ! Your room has good lighting and the warm colour of the floor gives your room a comfortable vibe.
The room is furnished and you can request a list about what is included in fixtures and fittings :)

Die Lage ist super man braucht nur 2 Min bis zur nächsten Haltestelle, dort fahren Busse und Bahnen.
Es ist sehr friedlich, nebenan ist ein Bioladen, nur wenige Minuten entfernt kann man auch Pizza essen gehen oder es sich im Biergarten gemütlich machen.
Man braucht nur 15 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt und DM.
ENGLISH:
The area is awesome, it only takes you 2 minutes to the next trainstation/busstop.
The area you'll be living in is peaceful. Next-door there's a flower shop and you can grab a pizza at Dominos or make yourself comfortable in the beer garden which both are only a few minutes away.
It only takes 15 minutes to the next supermarket and drugstore (by foot).

Du wirst mit zwei Mädchen zusammenleben, wir heißen
Emma und Yafei.
Ich bin Emma und komme aus Köln. Meine Muttersprache ist Deutsch, aber ich spreche auch gut Englisch, ich bin diejenige, die unsere WG verlassen wird.
Yafei kommt aus China, Chinesisch ist ihre Muttersprache. Sie spricht zudem Deutsch.
Und zu guter letzt noch Hyunji, die seit Mitte August auch hier wohnt. Sie kommt aus Südkorea, das Deutsch ist zwar noch nicht perfekt, aber zusammen lernen ist auch etwas Schönes. Sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch und natürlich Koreanisch.
Ihr werdet euch gemeinsam ins WG-Leben einpendeln und kennenlernen und die Beiden freuen sich auf ein diverses Zusammenleben.

You'll be living with two girls, Hyunji and Yafei. I am Emma, the one who is moving out.
I am Emma and I'm from Cologne. My mother tongue is German but I'm a good English speaker.
Yafei is from China, Chinese is her mother tongue. She also speaks German.
Hyunji is from South-Korea, her mother tongue is Korean. She is also fluent in English.
They are looking forward to get to know you and hopefully live with you :)

Unsere WG beinhaltet eine Garage sowie einen Parkplatz, die Garage kann als Fahrradkeller genutzt werden.
Zudem haben wir noch einen Dachboden, der reichlich Platz zur Unterbringung von allem möglichen bietet.
Außerdem haben wir einen Keller, wobei es einfacher ist die Sachen auf dem Boden zu lagern.

Our flat share includes a garage and a parking lot, the garage can be used as a basement with bike racks.
We also have an roomy attic where you can store whatever you want to.
In addition we've got a shared basement but it's easier to use the attic to store things.
