Liebe WG suchende,
da ich ausziehe, suche ich eine Nachmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und ist möbliert (Bett mit rost und Matratze, Kleiderschrank und Nachttisch).
Die Wohnung ist 125 qm groß. Zur mit Benutzung gibt es eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Garten. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine separates WC.
Die Wohnung ist in direkter nähe zum Bahnhof (5 geh Minuten) der Linie Breisach. Mit der Bahn dauert die fahrt zum Hbf 10 min. Mit dem Bus dauert es 4 min. zu Landwasser wo die S-Bahn Linie 1( Landwasser-Littenweiler ) startet.
Nicht weit von der Wohnung befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zum Beispiel eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke. Hausärzte sind auch in der Nähe. Edeka, Aldi und Penny sind auch sehr leicht zur erreichen mit dem Fahrrad. Die Dreisam (ein Fluss) mit Fahrrad- und Jogging wegen, ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Melde dich gerne, wenn du Interesse hast ab und an etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen oder auch abends gemeinsame Kochsessions zu starten.
