The apartment is on the 4th floor. The room is very cozy 14-16m2 (because it's a roof apartment) with floor heating system, fully furnished with everything you need; bed, desk, chair, racks, covers, fan, and yoga mat. The flat is made up of 3 bedrooms, one kitchen, and a bathroom. The utilities is what sets this place apart; there's a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, shower, and bathtub, all included in the rent. You would also have 2 shelves in a big fridge and a cabinet. The place is very clean and it's a new building apartment. It's quite spacious and very well lit. You also get space in the basement for storage.
The location might not seem ideal. However, 10 min on foot and you reach the Sbahn and the RB40, and within 30 minutes you reach Marienplatz. Norma is 5 minutes away by foot. Kaufland is also 20 minutes away by foot, as well as dm, and Lidl. This place might be great for international students moving to Germany for the first time because the administrative processes in Markt Schwaben are a lot faster than in Munich (residency permit, city registration..etc)
Please write a bit about you in the request! It's preferable that you speak German as one flatmate only speaks German and Slovenian. The flat is very quiet and we share cleaning every week. Sometimes we meet in the evening for a beer or a chat.
