A 13m2 single room with attached balcony available in an International Student's House in Markt Schwaben. With kitchen and bathrooms shared.
The warm rent is 550 euro per month with a security deposit of 1100 euro

The house is located in Markt Schwaben, 85570.
It takes 9 to 12 minutes (walking) from the station to the house. On the way to the station, there is Penny. On the other side of the house is Edeka, Muller, Kaufland and Aldi too.
Markt Schwaben is on the S2 line. It takes 20mins to reach Ostbanhof ,25mins for Marienplatz and 40mins for Haupbanhof .
RB40 also comes here which gets you to Ostbanhof and Haupbanhof even faster.
The frequencies for both are:
- One S-Bahn every 20 minutes.
- One RB every 30 minutes or 1 hour (depends on the time of the day)
The current set of housemates are all students and we often watch movies, go out for trips and make meals together. We have tenants of different personality types here from different parts of the world.
It is really important for us to have a tenant that is considerate about people living in the house and has good hygiene habits.
The landlady only admits students since this is an international students house, so she will ask you for your enrolment number in order to sign the contract.
The house is fully equipped with all utensils needed. We have wifi access, washing machine, fridge, dining table and chairs, sofas, TV, grill set, pots, pans, etc
The contract will be from July 1st to September 30th. But 1 year extension is possible after September 30th.
Viewing the room via visits or video call (or both) is possible on arrangement.
