Das möblierte 15 qm Zimmer ist für 2 bis 3 Monate zu vermieten und kann anschließend unbefristet gemietet werden. Die Miete: 295 Euro beinhaltet alles, auch das WLAN. Die Kaution beträgt 250 Euro.
Die fläche des Zimmers beträgt ca. 15 Quadratmeter und alles im Haus ist riesig. Das Gebäude hat drei Stockwerke und ein Dachgeschoss und ähnelt einem Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock und im 1. und 2. Stock befinden sich 12 bzw. 13 Zimmer. Auf jeder Etage gibt es 3 Toiletten und 4 Duschen, eine große Küche mit zwei Öfen , 8 Herdplatten und zwei große Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach, die Küche und die Badezimmer sind brandneu und wurden erst 2019 installiert. Das ganze Haus wurde auch 2019 renoviert.
Es gibt auch einen riesigen Gruppenraum auf jeder der beiden Etagen und zwei Balkone mit Stühle und einem Tisch auf einem Balkon. Es gibt 4 Waschmaschinen und 3 Trockner im Keller, die kostenlos genutzt werden können, mit einem Raum für Fahrräder und einem weiteren Raum mit einer kleinen Couch und einem Tennistisch.

The furnished 15 m2 room is to be subleased for 2 to 3 months with the option of renting it permanently afterward. The rent: 295 Euros includes everything, even the wifi internet. The deposit is 250 Euros.
The room area is around 15 square meters and everything in the house is huge. The building has three floors and a roof floor and it is similar to a dorm, the room is on the 2nd floor and the 1st and 2nd floors have 12 and 13 rooms respectively, plus 3 toilettes and 4 showers, a big kitchen with two ovens, 8 stove plates, and two big fridges with freezers, the kitchens, and the bathrooms are brand new, just installed in 2019, and the whole house was also renovated in 2019.
There is also a huge group room on each of the two floors and two balconies with chairs and a table on one balcony. There are 4 washing machines and 3 dryers in the basement, to be used for free, with a room for bikes and another room with a small couch and a tennis table in it.

Es gibt einen großen Garten, einen großen Parkplatz und eine Parkhütte für Fahrräder draßen. Das Haus liegt 4 Gehminuten von der Station Marxzell entfernt, die mit der Straßenbahn vom Karlsruher Hauptbahnhof in südlicher Richtung 29 Minuten entfernt ist. Marxzell liegt auf einer Höhe, die mehr als 100 Meter höher ist als Karlsruhe entfernt, deshalb hat es wirklich saubere Luft und ist auch im Sommer kühl. Die Landschaft ist auch hier erstaunlich.

There is a big garden, a big parking place and a parking hut for bikes outside. The house is 4 minutes walk from the station Marxzell, which is 29 minutes with the tram from Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof in the south direction. Marxzell is at an elevation that is more than 100 meters higher than Karlsruhe, this is why it has really clean air, and it is also cool in summer. The landscape is also amazing here.

Die Bewohner der WG sind zum größten Teil Studenten/innen aller Stufen und sie sind einfach nette Leute. Sie haben unterschiedliche Hintergründe und in der WG werden mehrere Sprachen gesprochen. Sie müssen kein Student/in sein, um das Zimmer zu mieten.
