Die WG teils sich ein Haus. Es kann sowohl mit zwei als auch mit drei Personen bewohnt werden.
Abhaengig von der Anzahl der Personen und der Wahl des Zimmers liegt die Kaltmiete zwischen 150 und 330 EUR
Verkehrsanbindungen:
Der Andernacher Stadtwald und die Auffahrt auf die B9 sind nur 500 m vom Haus entfernt.
Entfernung nach Koblenz: ca. 25 min
Entfernung nach Bonn: ca. 40 min
Stromanbieter und Telefon/Internetverbindung koennen selber gewaehlt werden. Eine Satellittenschuessel ist vorhanden.
Evtl. besteht auch die Moeglichkeit einer Garten und oder Saunamitbenutzung.
