Hallo ihr lieben,
wir Sam22 und Alex25, sind seit zwei Jahren ein Paar und haben seit Januar eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Memmingen. Jetzt suchen wir für unser 3tes 20qm² großes Zimmer einen MItbewohner/in.
Du solltest nett aufgeschlossen und spontan sein.
Außerdem ist uns ganz wichtig das du Hundelieb bist da wir einen sehr kleinen aber wusseligen Zwergpinscher Namens Zeus haben.
Zur Wohnung: gegenüber gibts einen Plus, Bushaltestelle ist vor der Türe, Innenstadt ist 8min zu Fuß und die gr. Küche, Bad sowie Waschmaschine kannst du mitbenutzen.
Es ist uns wichtig das du aufgeschlossen bist da wir uns nur einen Mitbewohner/in vorstellen können mit dem man auch eine Freundschaft aufbauen kann.
In der Miete inbegriffen ist auch die Tele u Internetflatrate!
PS: bitte keine Katzen (oder nur im eigenen Zimmer)
