Ich biete mein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Kamin ab dem 1. August an, da ich ein Praktikum mache.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schrank und Bett) Auf Wunsch könntest du das grüne Sofa auch noch behalten.
Wenn du schon früher einziehen willst, oder nur von August bis Oktober, dann wäre das auch ein Alternative.
Ansonsten wäre das Zimmer ab 1.8 unbefristet zu haben.
Rauchen: Das Rauchen ist im Zimmer nicht gewünscht, aber durch die Terrassentür wäre der Weg nicht weit. Im Haus wird nicht geraucht!
Das Zimmer kostet 275 Euro (inklusive Strom+Internet).
Das Zimmer hat einen Zugang zur Terrasse und ist durch die Fensterfront sehr hell. Es besteht durch den Massivholzschrank für persönliche Sachen und Kleidung. Optisch sticht es mit dem Kronleuchter, Kamin und Stuck sehr luxuriöse hervor.
At the moment there are a couple of free rooms. It's a luxury House in a quiet environment.
It's a nice kitchen with a cooking island, seperat dinning room. In the basement is a sauna. The sauna and washing machine is working with coins. Sauna 4 Euro, wash machine 2 Euro. On the basement are some extra rooms with plenty of storage space. There is also some parking lot in the front of the house. On the backyard is a nice garden where you can celebrate barbecue in the summer.
Merkendorf is 5 km from the University Triesdorf (Weidenbach). At the halfway (2km) to Weidenbach is the train station where you can come to Ansbach, Nürnberg or Munich.
In the village are 2 supermarkets based, Rewe for the fancy special groceries and Aldi for the basics.
Both are 5 mins away from the house. In the center of the town (2 min walk) is a very old traditional bakery.
There is a lake / natural outdoor pool on the outskirts.
You would live with Konstantin, 35 years old, studying economy technician. He likes calisthenics, stretching, playing chess and listening to music and reading books.
