Hallo,
ich habe ein 17m² großes Zimmer mit Balkon für 170€, sowie ein 15m² großes Zimmer mit Bett und Schrank zu vergeben für 150€, da ich seit Februar 2009 in München wohne. Nur mein Mitbewohner Frank (Student)wird dann vor Ort sein. Wir haben ein komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen usw. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen geräumigen Keller. Bis zur FH sind es mit dem Auto 3-5min.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt, einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor Ort. Es wird vom Vermieter keine Kaution verlangt.
Leider ist das Zimmer nur an Studenten und
Azubis zu vermieten.
Ein Termin kann über mich (direkt vor Ort) beim Vermieter vereinbart werden.
