Hello!
I (Veronica) am returning back to Spain after some nice time in Freiburg and I am leaving a beautiful, big room at the second floor of our house.
The room is around 20 sqm, with two windows that make it bright and warm. At the moment, there is a wardrobe and closet part of the room, but you'd have an option to keep some of my furniture: a couch, desk, office chair, shelves, mirror and small tables for a small price to discuss.
Next to the room there is a bathroom with a shower that you would share with another flatmate only.
The house has 4 floors:
- Basement
- Large living room + kitchen + guest bathroom on the ground floor.
- 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor (where the room is).
- 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor.
We have a garden where you can grill, chill and do your gardening experiments as you like.
There is a parking place for bicycles (with a roof) and in the
surrounding area, there are parking places for cars. If desired, an
underground parking space can also be rented.
Move-in is possible from September 10, 2021.
The house is located on the border of Vauban, a very convenient location!
Aldi, Rewe and Alnatura are 3 minutes' walk away. The stop Paula Moderson Platz (streetcar number 3) is also 3 minutes walk (then 15 minutes to the center). In Vauban, you can also find the neighborhood store, as well as several bakeries and cafes.
By bike, you can be in the center in 10 minutes.
Just as quickly you can be in the countryside, namely on the Schönberg or the Lorettoberg.
We are currently six flatmates between 26 and 40 years old
Mathias is studying, Melody is working in the hospital, Balbina is working in international cooperation (sometimes in the office and sometimes at home), Pascal is also studying and working part-time and same with Heike, who combines her job as physiotherapist with master studies!
Since everybody is busy with work and study, this is not a communal flat nor a party house-share. Life at home is relaxed, with different lifestyles and rhythms but sparing some time to barbecue together and enjoy spontaneous breakfasts.
We are looking for easy-going flatmates who would like to know each other but also respect the space of others.
We are looking forward to getting to know you. From experience we get a lot of letters, so please don't be surprised if it takes us a little longer to reply.
