Das WG-Zimmer ist zum 01.02.2023 Verfügbar und kann auf anfrage grün gestrichen bleiben. Die Wohnung beinhaltet eine große Küche und ein modernes Tageslichtbad.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe des Bahnhofs (5 min Fußweg), der Stadt (8 min Fußweg) und etwa 20 min (zu Fuß) oder 3 min (mit Auto/Bus) von der FH entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist nicht mit Straßenlärm zu rechnen, da die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend liegt.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Ärzte, Bäckerei, Post, Apotheken etc. sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Wir als WG sind eine lustige Truppe, die gerne Spieleabende macht, zusammen ins Kino geht oder gemeinsam isst. Wir alle sind Studenten an der FH SWF im Fach Wirtschftspsychologie.
Als Stauraum steht der geräumige Dachboden zur Verfügung. Küchenutensilien sind bereits vorhanden.
