Die beiden Zimmer sind richtig schön, das Eine hat nen Holzboden und eine Dachschräge, das andere Teppichboden und keine Dachschräge. In beiden Zimmern sind relativ neue Fenster, neu verputzt vor ca. 3 Jahren, neu gestrichen wurde letztes Jahr.
Beheizbar entweder mit offener Türe durch großen Specksteinofen oder mit seperatem Ölofen.
Ansonsten gibt es noch eine große gemeinsame Küche, ein kleineres gemütliches Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon.
Sehr zentral in Bürgstadt gelegen, der Nächste Netto/Rewe sind 5 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der nächste Biergarten 4 Minuten. Am Main ist man in 10 Minuten. Trotzdem hat man Nachts seine Ruhe (wenig bis kein Verkehr)
Es sollte keine Zweck - WG werden, allerdings bin ich die nächsten 4 Monate nur am Wochenende da, und ansonsten auch berufstätig! Das soll jedoch nicht heissen dass man nicht mal was zusammen unternimmt.
Ich habe keinen Ordnungsfimmel, jedoch sollte ein gewisses Grundmaß an Sauberkeit schon gegeben sein, so dass sich jeder wohl fühlt! :-)
Am Besten ihr kommt am Wochenende vorbei, und schaut euch die Zimmer an.
