Suche Mitbewohner für mein Landhaus. Ein großer Garten ist vorhanden (ca. 4200m²) und steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Befestigte Parkstellflächen reichlich vorhanden. Küchen-, Bad-, Büroraum- und Wohnzimmermitbenutzung. Es stehen dem Mitbewohner mindestens ein Schlafraum zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung. Alles weitere kann besprochen werden.
In unmittelbarer Nähe führt der Mittellandkanal vorbei. Das Haus steht auf dem Land ohne Straßenlärm und in freier Natur. Die Haltung eines Hundes ist grundsätzlich erlaubt. Rauchen nur außerhalb des Hauses. Wer viel Ruhe benötigt ist in diesem Haus genau richtig.
Mit dem Zug von Lübbecke Hauptbahnhof nach Bielefeld dauert es ca. 50 Minuten/ bis nach Herford ca. 40 Minuten.
