Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts suche ich ab 1. März bis 31. August einen Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und wird möbiliert vermietet.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive WLAN enthalten.
Die Wohnung enthält ein großes Bad mit Regendusche und Eckbadewanne sowie ein Gäste-WC. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, einen Ofen und eine Mikrowelle. Es steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung und ein Sat-TV-Anschluss.
Ebenfalls gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof zu mieten.

Due to an overseas stay, I am looking for a subtenant for my shared apartment room from March 1st to August 31st, 2024. The room is 18 square meters and comes fully furnished.
All utility costs, including Wi-Fi, are included in the rent. The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and corner bathtub, as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A washing machine is available, and there is a satellite TV connection.
Additionally, there is the option to rent a parking space in the backyard.

Mit Laufzeiten von 5-15 Minuten zu den Hochschulgebäuden ist die Lage der Wohnung optimal für Studenten. Auch Supermärkte und Bäcker sind zu Fuß in gut 5 Minuten zu errreichen. Das Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls nicht fern und bietet ein Kino, eine Stadtbibliothek, die Post und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Klamottenläden oder einen Drogeriemarkt.
Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Schließlich kommt man von unserer Wohnung auch schnell in die Natur, um zum Beispiel einen Spaziergang zum Wasserturm oder um den Schwanenteich zu machen.

The location of the apartment is ideal for students, with walking times to university buildings ranging from 5 to 15 minutes. Supermarkets and bakeries are easily reachable on foot within approximately 5 minutes. The city center is also nearby and offers amenities such as a cinema, a city library, the post office, and various shopping opportunities, including clothing stores and a drugstore.
The train station is conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk.
Lastly, our apartment provides quick access to nature, making it easy to take a stroll to landmarks like the water tower or around the "Schwanenteich".

Zur Zeit besteht die eigentliche 5er WG aus Vivien (21), Emilia (19) und Anam (19).
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und offene WG und achten auf einen respektvollen, rücksichtsvollen und freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander. Da wir keine Zweck-WG sind, sitzen wir auch gerne mal abends für Koch- und Spieleabende zusammen und haben einfach gemeinsam Spaß. Natürlich achten wir aber auch darauf, dass jeder seinen Freiraum bekommt, wenn er ihn gerade braucht und sich zurückziehen kann.
Des Weiteren haben wir einen bestehenden und gut funktionierenden Putzplan.
Im Haus gibt es drei andere 5er-WGs, in denen auch Studenten wohnen.

Right now, our original 5-member flatshare consists of Vivien (21) Emilia (19) and Anam (19).
We are an open-minded and welcoming flatshare, emphasizing respectful, considerate, and friendly interactions. As we are not just a practical flatshare, we enjoy spending evenings together for cooking and game nights, simply having fun. Of course, we also ensure that everyone has their space when needed and can retreat.
Furthermore, we have an existing and well-functioning cleaning schedule.
In the building, there are three other 5-member flatshares with students as well.
