Das zur Vermietung stehende Zimmer ist 11,2 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über zwei Fenster. (ohne Möblierung)

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und bietet eine vollausgestattete Küche mit einem Ofen, Kühlschrank, mehreren Schränken und einem Esstisch, sowie ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und zwei kleineren Regalen.
Die Bahnhofstraße 17 in Mittweida ist nur 10-15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht eine bequeme Anbindung an die Hochschulgebäude (sehr nahe am Medienzentrum, Haus 9 und der Mensa).
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte wie Lidl und Simmel sowie (weiter entfernt) zwei Nettos und ein Kaufland.
Parkplatz ist nicht Standardmäßig vorhanden kann, aber gegen Gebühr verwendet werden.
Mitbewohner bin ich, ein Master-Student im 2. Semester an der Fakultät INW.
Die Aufgaben, insbesondere das Putzen, werden in unserer Wohngemeinschaft gemeinschaftlich verteilt.
DSL ist bei Bedarf bis zu 250MBit upgradebar.
Erreichbar bin ich über E-Mail oder Handy zwischen 10 und 20 Uhr.
Sonstigen Kosten, die Aufkommen sind Strom und der DSL-Anschluss für ca. 75 Euro.
