Gemütliches Zimmer sucht neue Bewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist etwa 12qm groß und bietet Platz für Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und einen Sessel oder ähnliches. Platz für Couch und Fernseher sind aber auch im Gemeinsam genutzten Wohn- und Esszimmer.
Von der Wohnung braucht man nur drei Minuten bis zur FH-Niederrhein. Man fällt quasi vom Bett in den Hörsaal. Die Nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weiter entfernt und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Man kann zum Einkaufen aber auch in den Rewe direkt um die Ecke gehen.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es an der Straße vor dem Haus oder man mietet für ca. 30€ im Monat eine Garage dazu.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin Carla (19) ist auch gerade erst eingezogen und studiert catering und Hospitality Service an der FH.
