Das Zimmer ist ist ca. 12qm groß und teilweise möbiliert :)
Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist mit Laminat ausgestattet, so wie das Wohnzimmer und der Flur auch.
Das Zimmer verfügt über neue Ikea- Möbel, die ich für einen Abschlag abzugeben hätte. (ein Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Regal)
Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß, hat zwei Sofas, einen Sessel, ein Fernseher und ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Also genug Platz um auch mal ein paar Freunde einzuladen.
Das Badezimmer ist klein aber neu saniert und besitzt sogar eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, also Kühlschrank mit 2 Gefrierfächern, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Esstisch, Töpfe, Pfannen... und, und, und...alles da, was man braucht ;)
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 63qm groß.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 12min. zur Hochschule, oder 2 Haltestellen mit dem Bus.
Der Bahnhof ist 12min. zu Fuß entfernt und eben so schnell ist man auch in der Innenstadt.
Der nächste Supermarkt (Aldi) ist genau wie die Bushaltestelle nur 3min. von der Wohnung entfernt.
Also alles was man braucht in Reichweite ;)
Wir (Marleen und Jasmin) sind beide junge Studentinnen der Sozialen Arbeit.
Ich, Marleen ziehe aus und meine liebe Mitbewohnerin Jasmin wird noch in der WG bleiben.
Wir sind eine lebendige und lustige WG, und Jasmin freut sich auf eine neue nette Mitbewohnerin, wie Dich! :)
