Hallo.
Da ich denmaechst nach Koeln ziehe um mich dort weiter zu bilden suche ich so schnell wie moeglich einen Nachmieter.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle super freundlich und Hilfsbereit(2 Azubis und 2 Studentinen)
Die WG ist nicht gerade eine Schoenheit, aber dafuer sehr gemuetlich.
Neben der Kueche(die oft als "Treffpunkt" genutzt wird) haben wir noch einen kleinen Balkon.
Im Erdgeschoss ist ein kleiner netter Garten(jedoch ohne Gras ;P) in dem gerne mal im Sommer gegrillt wird.

PS: Die miete von 197,50 ist inkl aller nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom etc)
