wir stellen uns kurz vor:christophe(Hauptmieter),Franzose,psychologie Studium absolviert-Hobby Kitesurfen und Salsa tanzen.Luisa(Freundin von Christophe),aus Deutschland und entweder pierre(franzose)oder chloe aus england werden noch dort sein zu der Zeit ,absolvieren Praktikum in Montpellier.Das Zimmer ist am 1.sept 2011 für max. 6 Monate zu vermieten,also auch personen die nur 3 Monate einziehen möchten sind willkommen.Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Montpellier,grenzt an Stadtteil Figerolles.Bus und Tramstation in der Nähe.10min Fussweg zum Place de la Comedie und etwas näher liegt der Bahnhof.Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett,Schreibtisch,Regal und Kleiderschrank.Fernsehen möglich.350 euro/Monat inkl.freies telefonieren auf Festnetz in 100 Länder,Internet und Strom.In der Küche wird mit gas gekocht,Mikrowelle,Waschmaschiene vorhanden und Senseo cafemaschine kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.Ab 1.Juli frei!Fahrrad vorhanden zum ausleihen in der Zeit.In unserer Wg sind Leute aus allen Ländern willkommen.Wir freuen uns auf dich!!
