I'm 23, Russian, recently came back from studying in Berlin
A friend of mine is moving to GOA in India for a couple of months, so
I'm looking for a new flatmate in my Moscow flat. A room is about 15
sq. metres, with a huge double bed, writing-table, wardrobe and so on
- basically everything one might need for a nice living.
Location of the flat is amazing, historical centre of Moscow, with
nice architecture, relatively quiet for city center surroundings, 20min
on foot till Kremlin, really good road junction - 5-7 min on foot till
underground station, 3min from tram station
The whole flat costs $800 (no additional payments for electricity,
heating and so on), so one room is $400 (a bit more than 300 euro).
