Gedungnya 2 tingkat. Kamar kita, dapur juga kamar mandi+WC di tingkat 1 .Kamar yang akan disewakan ada di lantai 2 bersama dengan ruang menjemur. Lantai dasar di tempati oleh Deutsches Ehepaar, dan dibawahnya lagi kita punya 2 Kellerraum.
Kamar yang akan disewakan untuk saat ini masih di tempati oleh pelajar asal Bangladesh, dan dia akan keluar di akhir januari.
Dari sini 5 menit jalan ke Mülheim-Styrum bf, jalan 3 menit ke S-bahn sültenfuß yang langsung menuju ke oberhausen atau Mülheim stadtmitte.
Di dekat sini banyak ditemui Lebensmittelmarkt, kira2 5 menit jalan, seperti Lidl, Rewe, dm. Kalau Imbiss seperti Kebab dan Bäckereien juga banyak pilihan (3 menitan).
Kita 2 Students master, dan satu orang pencari kerja. Semua asal Indonesia.
Berdasarkan pengalaman terdahulu yang kurang berkesan dengan tenant dari negara2 lain, sehingga sekarang kita memprioritaskan kamar ini untuk orang Indonesia. Makanya iklannya dalam bahasa indo.
