Die WG verfügt über eine Küche mit Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Spülmaschine, über ein Bad mit Badewannen/Dusch-Kombination und WC. Eine schnelle Wlan DSL-Internetflatrate mit 16 Mbit/s ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Bodenbelag ist helles Laminat und Fliesen im Bad.

This room furnished with bed, desk, chair, closet and lamps. The window is big, so it makes the room bright during the daytime. The floor of the room and rest of apartment (except bath room and kitchen) is wood parquet .

Damit kann man Duisburg HBF und Mülheim Hbf in 20 Minuten erreichen. Zur Fachhochschule Ruhr West fährt man 10 Minuten und zur Uni Duisburg Essen Duisburg fährt man 18 Minuten. Bushaltestelle Blötter Weg ist 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Damit fährt man in 7 Minuten zur Fachhochschule Ruhr West.
This room has best connections to all parts of the city with the public transport system. It takes 5 minutes to the tram 901 station (Jacobstr.). From there you can reach the Duisburg Main Station and Mülheim Main Station in 20 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to the Fachhochschule Ruhr West and 18 minutes to the University Essen Duisburg. Supermarket, other shops and fast-food restaurants are very close. There is also bus stop in the near for 3 minutes to go. With this bus you can reach the Fachhochschule Ruhr West in 7 minutes.
Eine nette WG sollte es sein. Alle Bewohner sollten harmonisch zusammenleben und Spaß miteinander haben.
