Hallo, wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und bewohnen einen Altbau mit großem Garten.
Im Erdgeschoß gibt es zwei Zimmer, von denen eins aktuell von einer Studentin bewohnt wird. Zu zweit würdet ihr euch eine Küche teilen. Das Badezimmer wird von allen Hausewohnern benutzt. Wir teilen uns die Aufgaben im Haus und um das Haus herum auf.
Wir würden uns über eine kontaktfreudige Person freuen, welche Kinder mag und sich nicht davor scheut, eigene Ideen und Vorschläge einzubringen. Gerne jemand mit WG Erfahrung.
Die Fachhochschule Rhein Ruhr West ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Uni Duisburg ist mit dem Rad in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis von 5 Minuten. Die Straßenbahnlinie und eine Buslinie sind in10 Minuten erreichbar.
