WG für einen Student in Mülheim

I am 24 years old male Master's student of Mechanical Engineering in Uni Duisburg. This is my first semester. Currently I am living in Raffenberg at friends' place.
I am looking for an apartment in Mülheim an der Ruhr for at least 12 months and possibly would love to extend my stay further. I expect room to be be furnished with bed table and closet.
As an individual I am quite easy going person who loves cleanliness having lived with family till date. I love to explore new places, hang out with friends, watching football on the weekend. I am a calm person who believes talking can sort any problem. I don't smoke and have no problem with others who smoke as long as they do it outside.
