Hi da draußen!
ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einer/m neuer/n Mitbewohner/in zur Neugründung einer WG in einer großen, zentral gelegenen Wohnung mit Gartenzugang und großer Terrasse.
Dein Zimmer ist knapp 21 qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster zur Straße(allerdings ruhig und wenig befahren) und kann von dir nach deinen Wünschen komplett eingerichtet werden, sodass deiner Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt sind! :)
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ziemlich groß mit knapp 80 qm, der direkte Zugang zur Terasse und einem kleinen Garten im Hinterhof lässt besonders im Sommer keine Wünsche offen. Dieser ist zwar genauso für die Gemeinschaftsnutzung vorgesehen, wird von den anderen Nachbarn nur selten genutzt. Ein weiterer Raum ist von mir genutzt, weiterhin gehört zu der Wohnung eine Küche die momentan zwar hauptsächlich aus Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle besteht aber im Laufe des Monats komplett ausgestattet wird. Hinter der Küche auch zum Garten hin, befindet sich ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Das Badezimmer befindet sich hinter dem Eingangsbereich und hat eine Dusche mit Badewanne.
Weiterhin gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil zu der Wohnung ebenso wie die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder im Heizungskeller abzustellen.
Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenso vorhanden.

Hi there!
I am currently looking for a new roommate for a new shared flat.
I its a big aound 80 sqm flat in a central location with a terrace and access to a shared garden area.
Your room has around 21 sqm with a big window located towards the street (calm and without a lot of traffic).There is no inventory included, so you can feel free to create your own feel good area.
In summer the direct access to the big terrace as well as a small garden leave no wishes open. The garden is shared property, but actually only used in irregular cases by the other parties. Another room will the mine, furthermore we have got a bog kitchen. This is currently equipped with a fridge and microwave, but this is to be changed to a fully equipped kitchen within the next month. Furthermore, there is another room with a small living room. The bath room with bath tub is destinated right next to kitchen and the entry area.
A small cellar compartement is available as well as the possibilty to park your bike in another compartment.
A small washroom equipped with a washing maschine and dryer are also available.
Zentral, nahe zur Ruhr und gut angebunden! Von der Haustür bis zur Haltestelle der S-Bahn ist es eine Minute bis zur nächsten Straßenecke. Ansonsten kann man auch problemlos in nicht mehr als 10 Minuten fußläufig zur Haltestelle Stadtmitte laufen, von wo die 901 in Richtung Hochschule Ruhr West und auch bis zur Uni Duisburg abfährt.
Hier findest du auch die erstbesten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bäcker, Netto und Fitnesstudio.
Sonst sind es keine fünf Minuten fußläufig bis zur Ruhr.

Central, close to the river Ruhr and well connected to public transport!
Right from the doorstep it is literally one minute to the next tram station. Otherwise you can easily walk to the central station Stadtmitte in not more than 10 minutes. From here you can catch the tram 901, which is directly going to the Hochschule Ruhr West or the University Campus of Duisburg. Here you will find a supermarket, bakery and the closest fitness studio as well.
Furthermore it is no more than a few minutes by walk to the river, which tends to be really nice in summer.
Deine WG teilst du dir mit Niklas (24). Ich bin Master-Student an der Uni Duisburg, komme auch ursprünglich aus Mülheim. Ich wohne seit knapp fünf Jahren auschließlich in WGs, im Ausland, Berlin und Mülheim, reise gerne, versuche relativ regelmäßig zum Sport zu kommen, und sag vermutlich selten nein zu einem entspanntem Bier oder leckerem Essen. Weiss dennoch Ordnung und Organisation sehr zu schätzen und wäre cool wenn du das genauso siehst. Wenn was stört - Kommunikation is key.

You will share your flat with me, Niklas (24). I am a master student at the university campus of Duisburg, originally from Mülheim as well, but I have been living in shared flats for the last five years straight as well abroad, in Berlin and Mülheim. I do like a communicative atmosphere, love travelling, enjoy sports and relaxed evenings with a beer and good food. I do appreciate keeping it tidy and somehow organised and would be happy if you share this. If anything is not alright - communication is key.
Eine Anmeldung auf die Wohnung ist möglich, als Kaution würden zwei Monatskaltmieten hinterlegt werden müssen.
