Ich biete eine schöne renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung mit drei Zimmern Küche und Bad. In der Küche ist eine Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler verbaut das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist optimal für Studenten und war bis jetzt ausschließlich an Studenten vermietet. Zur FH sind es 200 m die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 100 m Entfernung.
In der Gesamtmiete sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Strom Gas Wasser Heizung Internet), d.h. ein WG Zimmer kostet 225 € all inklusive.In jedem Zimmer ist ein Sat-Anschluss vorhanden
