Hello all,
we have to offer: a 22 sqm WG room in the most central location directly at the Viktualienmarkt - with balcony and Isar Beachen right next door. 😎
Proportionate to the total rent is 1094€ warm monthly (incl. Internet, GEZ) - other costs such as cleaning or various necessary WG purchases we regulate among themselves.
What is important to us:
We do not want a purpose WG, would like to have someone working and are for a casual togetherness and spontaneous WG actions / evenings, gladly also with beer and wine.
About us:
Thierry, 26 years young, from Amsterdam and works as an analyst in a large e-commerce company. Thierry loves to cook a lot and is willing to find flatmates with the same passion - but don't worry, Victor only eats as well. Thierry likes to play tennis and basketball as well and you'll be probably find him chatting for long moments as well.
Victor, 25 years young, from Brazil and worked as a software developer in an engineering and technology company and just began his Master's in Robotics at TUM. Victor is more into nature and bouldering, but please, don't invite him to camp on winter, Brazilians are not used to the german winter. You will find him quite often bouldering, since he thinks is the best sport in the world.

The apartment is in a prime location, directly at the Viktualienmarkt. 1min to the streetcar, 3min to the S-/ U-Bahn and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping. Especially now in summer, the WG impresses with its proximity to the Isar, as well as the Gärtnerplatz, which attracts young people especially in the evening and invites to long summer nights under the open sky.
The WG currently consists of 2 professionals :)
We maintain a relaxed togetherness, while at the same time respecting the privacy of each and consideration is taken. We both like to travel and do things together (cooking / eating out). Therefore, a new member with Munich as a permanent residence is welcome 😉.
For various reasons, we would be most happy to have a person in our ranks who is also a professional. An 'initial visit' can theoretically also be done briefly virtually via FaceTime/Skype, but will prefer those with the opportunity for an on-site meeting and getting to know each other in person.
