Ab 07 September ist das möbliertes Zimmer(ca. 20m2), mit Doppel bett, Tisch, Schrank... etc, in einer zweier Wg zu vermieten. die Kleine Kochnische ohne Ofen (beim Eingang) und das Bad sind zum mitbenutzen.
Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, etwa 5 oder 6 Gehminuten ist man in U-Bahn Haltestelle. Mann kann auch in wenigen Minuten den Isar Eisbach, Haus der Kunst, English Garten zu fuß erreichen.
Das Leben in der WG ist einfach, unkompliziert und eher für sich selbst, weil es in der etwas kleine Wohnung kein Gemeinschaftszimmer gibt. Eine grundsätzliche Sauberkeit wird fuer die gemeinsame Raeume und mitbenutzte Sachen verlangt(Eingangsbereich/Kleine Kochnische, Bad). Weil die Wohnung etwas klein ist, gibt es leider keine gemeisame Raeume fuer Unterhaltung(Kein Wohnzimmer und keine Wohnküche).
From 07 of September the full furnished room(about 20m2), with a double bed, desk, chair, closet.., etc., in the flat will be free. The small cook place (no oven) in front of entrance and Bathroom are share. Might not suitable for big cooker!
The Metro station is just about 5 or 6 min. Walking distance. You could reach the Isar river, Eisbach, Haus der Kunst, English garden, ..., etc. in few minutes.
The share life is easy and quite individual for yourselves, because the flat is a bit small(but the room is big), so that there is no living or dining room for share. That is also why there is no big area to clean, but a basic cleanness should be done in some share places like small kitchen/entrance area, bathroom, share stuff, ..., etc.
Ihre Wg-Mitbewohnerin is eine Taiwanerin, die zurzeit in Maxplanck institute by Garching arbeitet. Sie kann aber nicht so gut Deusch, aber kein Problem in Englisch.
Die Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet, Heizung) sind inbegriffen(zu zugl. GEZ). Die Moebeln in dem Foto koennen sich vielleicht ausweichen.

Your flatmate is a Taiwanese post Doc. and working in Maxplanck institute closed to Garching. Her german is quite poor, but no problem in english.
The cost like electricity, internet, heater are included, but not GEZ. Some of the furniture in the photo might not actual.
