Die Wohnung wurde im Januar 2018 komplett renoviert, d.h. Stromverteilung, Bad, WC, Küche wurden vollständig erneuert. Trotzdem wurde der Altbaucharme erhalten. Hohe Decken, große Fenster und Holzböden schaffen Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Das Bad ist innenliegend und verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad und das separate WC sind modern gefliest. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Ceranfeld, Geschirrspüler und Kühl-/Gefrierkombi. Zusätzlich zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner typischer "Altbaukeller", Fahrradstellplätze befinden sich im Innenhof.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ruhig zum Innenhof hin gelegen und sehr hell. Die aktuelle Mitbewohnerin wird ihren Kleiderschrank (Ikea: Pax) und ihr Bett (Ikea: Brimnes) gegen Ablöse im Zimmer lassen. Ein Anfang wäre also bereits gemacht!

Da unsere Mitbewohnerin umzieht, suchen wir, das sind Giulio und Vikrant, einen neuen freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner für unsere 3er WG.
Giulio (26 Jahre) kommt aus Mailand und arbeitet seit August als Consultant in München. Vikrant (29 Jahre) kommt aus Indien und lebt seit mehreren Jahren in Deutschland. Er spricht daher neben Hindi und Englisch auch sehr gut Deutsch.
Wir würden uns als recht unkomplizierte Mitbewohner bezeichnen, die zwar Wert auf Sauberkeit legen, es aber auch nicht schlimm finden, wenn mal ein Teller oder Topf nicht sofort weggeräumt werden.
Nach der Arbeit haben wir nichts gegen ein gemeinsames Glas Wein oder ein Bier in einer der vielen Kneipen in der Nähe. Am Wochenende sind wir oft hier in München oder im Umland unterwegs, machen Sport oder was sich eben sonst spontan so ergibt.

Since our roommate is moving, we, that is Giulio and Vikrant, are looking for a new friendly and open-minded roommate for our 3-bed flat share.
Giulio (26 years) comes from Milan and has been working as a consultant in Munich since August. Vikrant (29 years) comes from India and has been living in Germany for several years. Therefore he speaks German very well in addition to Hindi and English.
We would describe ourselves as quite uncomplicated roommates who value cleanliness, but don't mind if a plate or pot isn't put away immediately.
After work we don't mind a glass of wine or a beer in one of the many pubs nearby. On weekends we are often here in Munich or in the surrounding area, doing sports or whatever else spontaneously arises.
