Das möbliertes Zimmer(ca. 13m2), mit Einzel bett, Tisch, Schrank... etc, in einer zweier Wg zu vermieten. Ein Balkon gehoert zum Zimmer. Die Kleine Kochnische, leider kein Backofen (nicht fuer gross Kocher, beim Eingangsbereich) und das Bad sind zum mitbenutzen.
Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, etwa 6 Gehminuten ist man in U-Bahn Haltestelle. Mann kann auch in wenigen Minuten den Isar Eisbach, Haus der Kunst, English Garten zu fuß erreichen.
Das Leben in der WG ist einfach, unkompliziert und eher für sich selbst, weil es in der etwas kleine Wohnung kein Gemeinschaftszimmer gibt. Eine grundsätzliche Sauberkeit wird fuer die gemeinsame Raeume und mitbenutzte Sachen verlangt(Eingangsbereich/Kleine Kochnische, Bad). Weil die Wohnung etwas klein ist, gibt es leider keine gemeisame Räume fuer Unterhaltung(Kein Wohnzimmer und keine Wohnküche.
The full furnished room(about 13m2), with a bed, desk, chair, closet.., etc., in the flat will be free, with balcony. The small cook place (no oven) in front of entrance and Bathroom are share. Might not suitable for big cooker!
The Metro station is just about 6 min. Walking distance. You could reach the Isar river, Eisbach, Haus der Kunst, English garden, ..., etc. in few minutes.
The share life is easy and quite individual for yourselves, because the flat is a qute small, so that there is no living or dining room for share. That is also why there is no big area to clean, but a basic cleanness should be done in some share places like small kitchen/entrance area, bathroom, share stuff, ..., etc.
The flat is located in a side street closed to Lehel. Walking distance to Eisbach, Haus der Kunst, EF, etc.
Just one station to Odeonsplatz and three station to Munich Central station.
You will share the bathroom(with washmachine), kitchen with a intern.
The flat is a bit small with a small kitchen for lite and easy cooking(not for big cooker). The small flat has unfortunatly no social room(no living room) for you both.
Pets are not allowed.
The furniture of the picture could be a little bit different, but most of them are the same.
