Hallo zusammen liebe WG-Suchende,
wir suchen ab 01.04. einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin in unsrer 3er WG in Traumlage direkt am Englischen Garten. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit großem Tageslichtbad inklusive Waschmaschine, das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 16m² und wird möbliert übergeben. Die Warmmiete liegt bei rund 530€, Kaution 800€. Man darf mit der alten Mitbewohnerin den Preis der Möbel verhandeln (sie sind idealweise 330€, Fernsehen, Bett, Schrank, etc inklusive)
Wir suchen einen netten und ruhigen Mitbewohner (keine Party-WG), idealerweise in unserem Alter (zwischen Mitte 20 – Mitte 30). Momentan wohnen in der Wohnung Sandra, berufstätig, und Johannes, gerade mit dem Master abgeschlossen. Wir sind beide Nicht-Raucher, unkompliziert und auch sonst ganz umgänglich:)

Hi everybody,
we offer a free room in our 3-people shared flat in wonderful location next to Englischer Garten (available from 01.04.). Flat is fully equipped with large bathroom (including washing machine), the room itself (ca. 16m²) is furnished (with bed, sofa-bed, Table, TV and white closet). Rent will be around 530€, deposit is 800 €. One should negotiate the price of the furniture with the current tenant (ideal is around 330€).
We are looking for a nice and chilled roommate (no party flat), ideally in our age (between 25 – 38). At the moment Sandra (working) and Johannes (just finished his Master Thesis), are living here. We are both non-smokers, uncomplicated and easy-going:)
