Hallo,
wir sind Filomena, Valerie, Nico und David. Wir vermieten ab Mitte Märze ein Zimmer in unserer 4-WG zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende April.
Das Zimmer ist 13 QM groß, voll ausgestattet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank etc.) und zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 135qm mit einem großen Wohnzimmer (22qm) inklusive Couch und einem eigenen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschinen ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine gibt es in der Wohnung ebenfalls.
Die Miete bezieht sich auf 1 Monat!
Unmittelbar am Viktualienmarkt in der Frauenstraße
Wir sind alle Ende 20/ Anfang 30 und berufstätig. In unserer Freizeit sind wir viel und gerne am reisen, surfen, skaten, rennradeln oder Skitouren gehen und unternehmen auch privat am Wochenende gerne etwas zusammen. Aber alles nach dem Motto alles kann nichts muss!
