Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die zwei Fenster gehen zum Innenhof raus. Daher ist es sehr ruhig. Du könntest zum 1. Februar schon einziehen oder wir teilen uns den Februar noch und du ziehst erst Mitte Februar ein.
Die Wohnung lieg mitten im Lehel. Ca. 5 Minuten zur U4/5 Haltestelle Lehel.
Einmal über die Straße und man ist direkt an der Isar und der Englische Garten ist auch gleich ums Eck.
In der WG wohnen Tom, Debby und Pocki der Hund. Debby wird Mitte des Jahres mit Pocki für ein paar Monate nach Taiwan reisen.
Die Küche ist auch unser Treffpunkt, da unterhalten wir uns über Urlaube, Autos die Camper werden und sonstiges. Immer wieder essen wir zusammen oder treffen uns in der Küche auf ein Bier.
Über Einzug und Auszugsdatum können wir dann noch genau sprechen. :)
