Hello !
The bedroom is big enough for a double bed (160cm wide), a night table and some furniture. There is also an office that comes with this room, just on the other side of the hallway. This way you can have two different spaces to relax and to work. The bathroom is just next to the bedroom and will have a washing machine.
The apartment is located in Seitzstraße, 3min from the Lehel station and 6min from Odeonsplatz station. This is the absolute city center ! From there you can easily access the Englicher Garten, Isartor and Marienplatz. The street is quiet and clean.
We are two french people looking for a third flatmate to create the perfect WG.
Mathilde is 26 years old. She is passioned by aeronautics and innovation. She loves hiking in the mountains, parties during the weekend or dinners with friends.
Hugo is 25 years old. He loves running, hiking and visiting places in Bavaria.
As this is a new WG, the apartment will be unfurnished when we arrive. We will handle internet, electricity and furniture for the common area but we need you to furnish your room.
As the previous tenant is currently living in the apartment, it might be difficult to plan visits. However I took a 5 minutes video of all the WG if you want.
