I will be away for one and half months so I’m subletting my room. The room is big 17 m² and nice. The room window faces south-east. It has a bed, wardrobe, computer table, chairs, an open rack, and a small fridge. It is a shared apartment in a renovated building. The apartment has three rooms plus a small common living room, a kitchen and a washroom. The apartment has a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a garden backside of the apartment. The monthly rent is 825 Euro (per month) which includes everything.
The location is super. By walk, you can reach SBahn (Isartor station)/ tram (12,16)/ Bus (94, 132) in 2 mins. UBahn Marienplatz and Lehel are also within 8 minutes of walking distance. Hauptbahnhof and Ostbahnhof are only 2/3 stops away. There are supermarkets Lidl, Rewe, Edeka and restaurants in 5-7 minutes walking distance. The residential area is very quiet and there is no disturbing traffic noise. Isar river is in immediate vicinity, where you can take a wonderful walk.
You will share the apartment with two other women. Lilly – a Chinese PhD student of LMU. She loves music and painting. Lala – our land lady. She generally stays in another place and visits on the weekend. She has a cat named Bussi. She loves hiking, dancing, and swimming. The WG is not a party WG but, sometimes we eat together, chat, or go for a walk as time permits. We respect others privacy. A cleaning lady visits every week, and we maintain the cleanliness of our apartment specially, the common areas like washroom and kitchen.
