Moving out of my amazing WG to work Berlin!
The bills are all included and we have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The room is large and has a huge comfy bed, as well as a full-sized cupboard, a smaller set of drawers, two couch chairs, two side tables, a mirror, and a long lowboard perfect for a TV. The kitchen is large and full of light, with place for 5 people to sit around the table, perfect for little dinner parties or to hang out together in the evening. The bathroom is light and pleasant as well, with a bathtub/shower.
Your flatmate is a Mexican-American who works as a kindergarten teacher. He is clean and friendly and relaxed, and we get along really well. We both invite friends over to hang out in our kitchen sometimes and we occasionally have house parties. Our house is a bit eclectically decorated: we still have Halloween decorations up on our walls from our Halloween house parties over the last two years.
The WG is located on the 4th floor with lots of stairs, so living here has really increased my stamina! The front gate is on Maximilianstrasse, right next to the Gucci store, with 5 minutes walk to Marienplatz or Odeansplatz U-bahn stations or 7 minutes walk to Isartor S-bahn station. The trams 19 and 21 also stop directly infront of the flat.
