Dein Zimmer ist gemütlich mit einem eher kleinen Fenster und hübschem, dunklem Boden. Es werden keine Möbel übergeben. Das Zimmer hat viele Steckdosen. Eine kleine Besonderheit: Da das Zimmer früher eine Küche war, hat es den Lichtschalter außen. Nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet mit Mehrparteienhaus gegenüber. Ein fester Schlaf wäre dir von Vorteil, denn eine Nachbarin von gegenüber schaut gern bei offenem Fenster Telenovelas (wir nennen sie liebevoll "Rauchi") und in der engen Straße wird liebend gern gehupt.

Your room is cozy with a rather small window and pretty dark floor. There won't be any furniture. The room has many sockets. A small peculiarity: since the room used to be a kitchen, it has the light switch outside. Facing south-west with apartment building across the street. A solid sleep would be useful to you, because a neighbor from across the street likes to watch telenovelas with the window open (we like to call her "Rauchi") and in the narrow street they love to honk.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut und man kann in Rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß alles erreichen, was das Herz begehrt. Trambahn, Sbahn Rosenheimerstraße oder Ostbahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafes, Restaurants und Bars, die Isar ist auch nicht weit weg.
Generell ist das "Franzosenviertel" eine sehr hübsche Nachbarschaft.

The location is quite good and you can reach everything your heart desires in about 5 minutes on foot. Streetcar, Sbahn Rosenheimerstraße or Ostbahnhof, shopping, nice cafes, restaurants and bars, the Isar is also not far away.
In general, the "Franzosenviertel" is a very nice neighborhood.
In der WG haben bisher drei gute Freund*innen gewohnt, die sich auch schon lange kennen und von denen einer jetzt auszieht. Bei uns gehts ganz lustig zu und das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt. Aber ja, wir haben auch einen Putzplan :D
Das Herzstück unserer Wohnung ist die Dartscheibe in der gemütlichen Wohnküche. Der eine Mitbewohner ist sehr musikalisch und übt ab und zu für seinen Auftritt. Wir sind beide vegetarisch unterwegs und es wär nice, wenn die neue Person nicht übermäßig viel Fleisch konsumiert, aber daran solls auch nicht scheitern.
Wir chillern gern zusammen oder unternehmen was und freuen uns, wenn du da auch Lust drauf hast :)
Der Vertrag wäre ein Untermietvertrag.

Until now, three good friends who have known each other for a long time have lived in the shared apartmentand one of them is now moving out. Living together is quite fun and very relaxed. But yes, we also have a cleaning schedule :D
The heart of our apartment is the dartboard in the cozy kitchen. One of the flatmates is very musical and practices for his gig from time to time. We are both vegetarians and it would be nice if the new person doesn't consume too much meat, but that won't be a deal breaker.
We like to chill out or do something together and would be happy if you want to join :)
The contract would be a sublease.
